If you really wish to explore the rural life of Rajasthan then go for a jeep safari or a short walk, so that you can make some halts while enjoying the colourful aspect of Rajputana village life.

Itinerary

1: Delhi arrival

Traditional welcome on arrival. Transfer to your hotel. Afternoon combined sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi. Overnight.

2: Delhi – Agra

Morning depart for Agra (200 Kms / 4.5 Hrs). On arrival check in to hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and colourful Bazaars. Overnight.

3: Agra – Peharsar

After breakfast drive on to Peharsar (180 kms/ 4 hrs). On arrival check in to hotel Chandra Mahal Haveli or similar. This village presents a lifestyle, which have never experienced by city dweller. The slow pace, the pastoral images, and the ambience certainly make for a relaxing change and yet one runs the risk of romanticising and drawing a few oversimplified comparisons. Overnight stay at hotel.

4: Peharsar – Karauli

Morning after breakfast drive to Karauli ( 190 kms/ 5 hrs), – an erstwhile state situated in eastern Rajasthan, is a remote ancient town, a devotional city having a wealth of history and a magnificent 600 year old Palace with beautiful stone carvings, gorgeous ‘jali’ work and exquisite frescoes. A blend of warm, royal hospitality, serene rural environment and an opportunity to see the historical monuments and magnificent temples will make your visit to Karauli a memorable experience.

The ruling family of Karauli are the descendents of Lord Krishna while the city is the home of Shri Madan Mohan Ji, the deity of Lord Krishna , worshipped by millions of followers from all parts of India.

5: Karauli

Today explore the real rural life of Rajathan people here. Overnight stay in hotel.

6: Karauli – Pachewar

See the local attractions of Karauli. Tour the Kaila Devi temple, Madan Mohanji and other historic ruins of Karauli. Later drive to Pachewar as a part of the Remote Village Tour of Rajasthan tour package. On arrival in Pachewar, check in at a hotel and stay there overnight.

7: Kishangarh – Deogarh

Early morning ypu can visit the street of Bewar to see the people are going to their cultivation field with bullock cart, women arevbusry with their homework etc. This is the real village life you can enjoy in India. Aftre lunch we can leave for Deogarh to checi in to hotel for overnight stay.

8: Deogarh – Narlai

Morning you will visit the Deogarh fort hotel and then drive to Narlai. On arrival check in to hotel. Narlai is Bal samode district and lot of things to experience for those whorae very much love the culture of india and village life of India. Overnight stay.

9: Narlai – Luni

Morning visit you will drive to Luni through state highway Luni. Enroute we will stop in small village visit the interior life of a village life.

10: Luni

We will stay full day today in Luni on completely relaxed mood to see the Luni village. Overnight stay.

11: Luni – Pokhran

Morning after breakfast we will drive to Pokhran. It is once the capital of the Thakur (chief) of Marwar. The Maheshwaris (a trading community) built many beautiful havelis here which, like the Pokhran fort, are built in red and yellow sandstone. The windows and balconies are handsomely embellished with parrots, peacocks and elephants. The chief thoroughfare of Pokhran is the Gandhi chowk where women selling vegetables sit resplendent in their colourful Rajasthani dresses. Apart from the fort and the havelis thare are a few cenotaphs and temples which you can visit. Overnight stay.

12: Pohkran – Gajner

Morning drive to Gajner which is closed to Bikaner. On arrival check in to hotel. Afternoon visit Deshnook temple (known as Rat temple). Later visit the Gajner village and overnigth stay at hotel.

13: Gajner – Mehansar

Morning drive to Mahensar. The Stone Chandi ki Haveli and Raghnath Temple. With beautiful paintings is worth visiting. Overnight at hotel.

14: Mehansar – Pachar

Morning after breakfast drive to Pachar the remote village in Sekahwati region. Check in at a hotel for an overnight stay. See the profusely frescoed havelis of Shekhawati en route. Overnight stay.

15: Pachar – Samode

Morning drive to Samode. This is situated in a small ravine. The ramparts that run through the valley, the ambience of the palace that is still very active and houses the local Prince till date is worth a visit. Overnight stay at your hotel in Samode.

16: Samode

Today you will enjoy the Camel safari and the desert experience in Samode. Visit Samode Palace etc and overnight stay.

17: Samode – Neemrana – Delhi

Morning after breakfast drive back to Delhi enroute visiting Neemrana the deserted rajasthani village but now little known for it’s fort converterd to Heitage hotel. Reach Delhi by late afternoon and check in to hotel for overnight stay.

18: Delhi departure

Morning haveyour breakfast and free at leaiue. Later transfer to airport to board the flight for onward journey.
