Morning city tour of Old Delhi covering Raj Ghat – the memorial at the site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, Jama Mosque – the largest Mosque in India and the Red Fort – Once the most opulent fort and palace of the Mughal Empire. Afternoon tour of New Delhi covering Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, the Qutab Minar, drive along the ceremonial avenue – Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House and President’s Residence and end the tour with a drive through Diplomatic Enclave. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Morning drive to Jaipur (260 Kms/ 5 hrs) enroute visiting Samode -located about 25 kms north of Jaipur is a small village nestled among rugged hills dominated by its famous and beautiful Palace. Have a buffet lunch in Samode bagh. Enjoy the camel ride and sunset view in desert.
Later continue the drive to Jaipur for overnightat hotel.
After breakfast, proceed on a full day sight-seeing tour of Jaipur visiting the Amber fort. Ascend the fort on elephant back. Later visit the Hawa Mahal, City Palace , museum and the observatory (Jantar Mantar). Return to your hotel and relax or go shopping for jewels, carpets and blue pottery. Overnight stay at your hotel in Jaipur.
Morning drive to Ranthambhore (145 kms/ 3 hrs) and check into your hotel. Afternoon Jungle Safari into the Ranthambhore National Park . This wildlife sanctuary was one of the first few areas to come under Project Tiger and has continued to be the most successful. It’s the ideal place to spot the tiger. The majestic predators, assured of protection, roam freely during the day time and can be seen at close quarters. Other wildlife to be seen include sambar, chital, nilgai (blue bull), chinkara, langur, wild boar, sloth bear, hyena, jackal, jungle cat, pythons and leopards. Crocodiles abound in the lakes. The lakes also attract a large number of migratory and local birds. Ovrnight at hotel.
Morning Jungle Safari into the Park to view wildlife. Afternoon drive to Kota (230 kms/ 5 hrs) en route visiting Bundi. Drive on and check into your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Bundi – once a part of Kota , it was ruled by the Had Chauhans, an offshoot of the famous Chauhan clan who ruled Delhi and Ajmer . Interesting monuments including impressive medieval forts, palaces, havelis, temples with beautiful stone idols and chattris with carved pillars, along with a picturesque lake in the heart of the town, add to its charm. Bundi is very famous for its intricate carvings and murals.
Kota, the army headquarters town, lying on the east bank of the Chambal River , was once on a major trade route from Delhi . Known as the industrial capital of Rajasthan.
Morning drive to Udaipur en route visiting the Chittorgarh Fort (280 kms/ 6 hrs). Drive on and check into your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Chittorgarh – this sprawling hilltop fort epitomizes the whole romantic, doomed ideal of Rajput chivalry. The fort stands on a 280 hectare site on top of a 180m high hill, which rises abruptly from the surrounding plains.
Morning a half-day tour of Udaipur City covering City Palace , Jagdish Temple , Saheliyon-ki-Bari, Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandir. Evening enjoy a boat ride at Lake Pichola. Overnight at hotel.
Morning drive to Kumbhalgarh (85 kms/ 2 hrs) and check into your hotel. Kumbhalgarh is the formidable medieval citadel of Kumbhalgarh is the most important fort in the Mewar region after Chittaurgarh. The walls of the fort stretch some 36km and enclose many temples, palaces, gardens and water storage facilities. Rounded bastions and soaring watch-towers strengthen the crenellated walls of the fort making it an impregnable structure.
Rest of the day is at leisure to browse the Fort and its palaces. Overnight at hotel.
Morning drive to Ghanerao (125 kms/ 3 hrs) en route visiting Ranakpur – Ranakpur is one of the largest and most important Jain temple complex lying in a remote valley of the Aravalli ranges in Southern Rajasthan . These temples were created in the 15th century AD during the reign of Rana Kumbha and are enclosed within a wall. They are well preserved and in near perfect condition. The main ‘ Chaumukh Temple ‘ or Four Faced Temple is dedicated to the first tirthankar (apostle) Adinath. Built in 1439, this huge superbly carved temple has 29 halls supported by 1444 pillars, all distinctly carved and no two alike and enshrines the four-faced image of Adinath. Rising in three storeys, the temple has four small shrines with 80 spires supported by 420 columns.

Morning drive to Pushkar (220 kms/ 4.5 hrs), en route visiting Ajmer – is a burgeoning town on the shore of the Ana Sagar Lake flanked by barren hills. It’s a major centre for Muslim pilgrims, especially famous is the Dargah Sharif, the tomb of a Sufi saint, which is equally revered by the Hindus and Muslims.
Drive on and check into your hotel in Pushkar – is the abode of Lord Brahma, the Creator. The Lake at Pushkar, situated on the edge of the desert and surrounded by hills on three sides, is believed to have been created by Lord Brahma himself and has the same sanctity for Hindus as the Mansarover Lake in Tibet.
Rest of the day is at leisure to browse the town of Pushkar. Overnight at hotel.
Morning visit Pushkar lake and Brahma temple and other pilgrimage centre. Afternoon transfer to airport to board the super fast train to reach Delhi by late evening. On arrival transfer to hotel and overnight.
Today you are transferred to the airport to board your flight for onward journey.
